I’m thinking about starting yoga and I was curious as to what it’s all about? Besides spirituality, I’m not looking into it for that reason.
But anything else about [clothed] yoga you can tell me, like what it improves or helps you with, would be MOST welcome.

because they’re there to meet other women and stare at them change their clothes. i got a feeling that majority of them are lesbians where i go.

I need some cute activewear… I love the yoga pants in Victoria’s Secret but I need something by Tuesday for my fitness course! It will be 90 degrees on Tuesday so I need something light and thin too! Any suggestions?

I really just can’t help it. I get very relaxed and, and then you wouldn’t believe how good some of the people look in their tight clothes. I’ve tried to hu hide it with my clothing, but I’ve defintely noticed some looks. Should I be taking a break when this happens?

I’m doing slimming world - because it’s easy for a veggie.
And I will do 30 minutes of yoga each morning and 20-30 mins on an exercise bike every evening.
I currently weigh 16st6lbs (230 lbs) and am a UK size 18/20 (I’m 5ft 9 btw)
If I do this how much weight will I lose? And what dress size will I be for the new year?
