Is It Dangerous To Do The Cabbage Soup Diet And Bikram Yoga At The Same Time?

Since I heard that most of what you lose in the cabbage soup diet is water weight and in bikram yoga you are sweating like a pig is it dangerous to do these two things at once?
PS: Do not tell me that i shouldn’t be doing the cabbage soup diet at all, I know you lose mostly water weight but I need the boost of thinking i have lost a bunch!

I can understand this very well - the cabbage soup diet helped me too to boost my motivation for a healthy nutrition and this might happen to you too after a successful weight loss of maybe 8 pounds.
There exist several cabbage soup diet plans. The newer ones even incorporate exercises. I think if you are feeling good it’s even a good idea to do bikram yoga at the same time. But please make sure to drink enough! All the best.
