Pregnancy Yoga Tapes…where To Find Them?

Hi I am 13 weeks prego and I stay at home so u can imagine my boredom. I really want a pregnancy yoga tape…but I dont know where to get any? I live in a small town and am unsure if this is why I cant seem to find one. We have a walmart, target, and blockbuster.? Anyonw know where or even a website?

Rent from the library, its free and you can go back whenever to try different ones if you dont like the one you get.

I’m sure if you googled “pre-natal yoga” you’ll find something you like. I know they sell them at Target and Walmart - were you not able to find them there? If you go to http://www.exercisetv.tv they should also list recommended pre-natal exercise videos.

I got my prenatal yoga dvd from Amazon.com!
Try their site, they have many different options!
