To The People Who Do Bikram Yoga, Does It Help You To Become More Flexible?

i am planning to join bikram yoga i want to know if it makes you more flexible
by flexible, i mean that is it possible to reach your toes to your head when you do a kick?
i can do front splits but then i can’t do a center split and also, when i do a front split i can back bend but not that low,
so does bikram yoga help?

Bikram Yoga definitely helps with flexibility. I stopped doing Bikram recently and my flexibility has dropped. I think if that is your goal you can do some of the moves after class and the following day to improve your flexibility even further.
I think it would help with your front kick and the back bend quite a bit. And it would help with the center split but maybe not as much.
I did Bikram 2-3x/week for 2 years. It helped with overall toning a lot too.
