Pregnancy Yoga Tapes…where To Find Them?

Hi I am 13 weeks prego and I stay at home so u can imagine my boredom. I really want a pregnancy yoga tape…but I dont know where to get any? I live in a small town and am unsure if this is why I cant seem to find one. We have a walmart, target, and blockbuster.? Anyonw know where or even a website?

Since I heard that most of what you lose in the cabbage soup diet is water weight and in bikram yoga you are sweating like a pig is it dangerous to do these two things at once?
PS: Do not tell me that i shouldn’t be doing the cabbage soup diet at all, I know you lose mostly water weight but I need the boost of thinking i have lost a bunch!

anywhere i look all i see is womens yoga pants so i was wondering if there were any stores or online places that may have mens? nothing too expensive because i have seen some outragous prices around that were mentioned. thanks again!
